Background
Brian earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, where his legal education included an externship with Judge Bruce Peterson and criminal defense work during law school.
Before entering private practice, Brian served as an Assistant Public Defender, representing clients in juvenile delinquency and child protection matters.
